Due to the high explosion pressure of the EG10 of 350 bar, the cleaning efficiency is much better than with all conventional online cleaning technologies and is comparable to single explosion technologies.
Therefore significantly higher cleanliness of heat transfer surfaces during continous operation can be achieved.
Because of the improved cleaning efficiency, the number of Explosion Generators installed can be lower than the number of sootblowers. The number of Explosion Generators and the installation location is decided project specific.
Compared to conventional cleaning technologies, the following customer benefits result:
