Explosion Generator EG10
By ignition of an explosive gas mixture, the Explosion Generator EG10 creates a strong pressure wave of 350 bar, which is directed into the boiler or another plant component through the connection pipe. The pressure wave directly cleans off slag and fly ash deposits and puts walls and bundles into short vibrations, which further enhances the cleaning effect.
The operation of the Explosion Generator is fully automated and controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC).
