Installation
The Explosion Generator can be installed fixed with or without springs at the boiler. In both cases, the installation is carried out so that the piston is horizontal and the dosing tanks are located beneath the explosion tanks.
Fixed Installation with Springs:
The Explosion Generator is supported by means of an overhead track and trolley. The Explosion Generator is hold in place by an elastic installation with springs at the side of the Explosion Generator's discharge tube. The springs avoid that the blow of the Explosion Generator is directly transferred to the boiler wall. At the rest position, the connection pipe intrudes the boiler wall by approx. 50 mm.
Fixed Installation with Springs
Requirements for fixed installation with springs:
At the plant side, the following is necessary for the installation of the Explosion Generator:
- Nozzle (opening) at least DN125
- Volume requirement sideward of the boiler: approx. 1 m3
