My name is Dominique Möckli.
What position do you hold in the company?
I work in production as a Production Technician and as a Deputy Team Leader.
How many years have you been working at the company?
I’ve been working at Explosion Power for three years.
Can you provide a brief description of your role and responsibilities?
I work as a production employee, handling daily manufacturing tasks. Additionally, I train new and existing staff. When the Team Leader is on holiday, I take over parts of their duties and support the team.
What important projects or tasks are you currently working on?
I work daily on customer projects, spare parts orders, and in-house production orders. This includes the construction, testing, and packaging of new devices. I also pack spare parts orders and assemble in-house production jobs.
Can you share a personal fun fact about yourself?
A little fun fact about me is that I like to take a tape measure with me while packaging and then forget to put it back. Later on, the tape measures reappear gathered in my locker, and my colleagues end up going on an unintentional little treasure hunt.
What do you particularly like about your work at Explosion Power GmbH? Can you give us personal insights into your experiences with the company?
I especially enjoy the variety in my work. My workday is always slightly different, and I work on various orders. For me, Explosion Power is a family-oriented business that looks after its employees. I value my team very much because we’re roughly the same age and share similar views. This makes working together very pleasant.
