I am a Business Analyst in the Quality Management and Organization (QM&O) department.
How many years have you been working at the company?
I have been working at Explosion Power for 1.5 years.
Can you provide a brief description of your role and responsibilities?
My main task is to support and further develop our key programs, the ERP system and the document management system (DMS). I place particular emphasis on ensuring that the data in these systems remains consistent and seamless. This is my daily focus.
What important projects or tasks are you currently working on?
Currently, I am working on improving the integration of our main systems (ERP system and DMS) and optimizing their functionality. To do this, I analyze existing processes to determine how we can use the systems more efficiently.
Can you share a personal fun fact about yourself?
I take great pleasure in bringing order to systems and data and am committed to making that happen. At the same time, I find it challenging to keep my workspace tidy for even half a day. 😉 As a balance to the digital world, I enjoy working with my horse.
What do you particularly like about your work at Explosion Power GmbH? Can you give us personal insights into your experiences with the company?
No two days are alike, which makes my work very exciting. I have a lot of variety and am constantly faced with new challenges. Through my work, I have insight into all business processes and can act as a bridge between departments. Digitalization is a long and continuous process, and when a small milestone is reached that makes everyday work easier, I find it very satisfying.
