To ensure the safety and smooth operation of the Shock Pulse Generators, Explosion Power provides a comprehensive, predictive, and guaranteed maintenance concept. The scope of maintenance is divided into predefined, time-based service kits.

Maintenance can be carried out by trained and certified operator personnel, by Explosion Power, or by its distribution partners.

The standardised maintenance packages enable efficient and reproducible service interventions. Within the provided service kits, every component is assigned a clearly designated slot. This ensures seamless logistics as well as flawless handling. Furthermore, used components can be returned for reconditioning and seamlessly reintegrated into the life cycle.

Reconditioning Process

• Components are inspected, reconditioned, and undergo a rigorous quality control
• Only components that pass inspection are reused –  functionally equal to new parts despite visual differences
