WtE – Konin (PL)
The installation of two SPGr10 units in the horizontal pass has enhanced superheater cleaning, ensuring reliable boiler operation — even following the plant’s most recent load increase in 2024. -
WtE – Bern (CH)
The use of Shock Pulse Generators has led to a significant reduction in flue gas temperatures before the final superheater and, in combination with further measures, has enabled a stepwise live steam output increase to 85 t/h. -
Cement Plant – Buñol (ES)
With the installation of an advanced Shock Pulse Generator cleaning system, the plant has reduced the exit gas pressure drop while improving the efficiency of the air preheater. -
RDF – Schwedt Leipa (DE)
Since September 2024, the fluidized bed boiler has been cleaned in the area of the two superheaters with an SPGr16 unit, replacing the soot blowers. Due to space constraints, the SPG was installed vertically. -
WtE Plant: Coriano (IT)
In two project phases, the boiler was equipped with a total of two SPGr10 Shock Pulse Generators. This made manual explosive cleaning obsolete and furthermore reduced frequency of the rapping system. -
WtE – Strasbourg (FR)
To ensure stable energy production and reduced operating costs, the
boiler cleaning process has been consistently improved. With the use of
Shock Pulse Generators, a full operating period has been achieved
without any manual cleaning interventions.
