WtE Plant: Coriano (IT)
In two project phases, the boiler was equipped with a total of two SPGr10 Shock Pulse Generators. This made manual explosive cleaning obsolete and furthermore reduced frequency of the rapping system. -
WtE Plant: Strasbourg (FR)
To ensure stable energy production and reduced operating costs, the
boiler cleaning process has been consistently improved. With the use of
Shock Pulse Generators, a full operating period has been achieved
without any manual cleaning interventions. -
WtE Plant: Tyseley (UK)
The Shock Pulse Generators replaced the rapping systems, improved cleaning efficiency, and increased availability, leading to reduced water consumption, increased power generation, and fewer intermediate cleanings. -
WtE Plant: ITPOK Poznan (PL)
The Shock Pulse Generators ensure efficient cleaning, extend the boiler runtime to one year, and reduce the flue gas temperature at the economizer outlet to 165°C. -
WtE Plant: Twence (NL)
The Shock Pulse Generators enhance cleaning, slow down ash buildup, lower evaporator temperatures, and reduce the need for explosive cleaning. -
WtE Plant: Aomori (JP)
The Shock Pulse Generators lower flue gas temperatures, increase average steam production by 4%, and reduce manual explosion cleaning to less than once per month.
