• 4 x Shock Pulse Generator TwinL in 3rd train in operation 04/2018
• Shock Pulse-IntervaI: 1h/ TwinL
• SPGs work in addition to existing sootblowers by adding the third pass with primary reheater, primary superheater and economiser.
• 2nd phase, a further 4xTwinL were installed in 11/2019 for further cleaning optimisation and reduction the steam sootblowers into operation.

Improvement of the cleaning process

• Very good cleaning effect due to significant reduction of soiling in the 3rd pass
• Reduction of the flue gas temperature at the economiser outlet to 380 °C, immediately after the 2nd phase
• Before: Manual intermediate cleaning on a monthly basis
