  • 4-pass horizontal boiler
  • 39 t/h steam capacity
  • 2nd pass: W 4.9 x L 2.7 x H 13m 3rd pass: W 4.9 x L 3.3 x H 13m
  • 2 x Shock Pulse Generators EG10 (SPG), installed since 01/2010, located in 2nd + 3rd pass
  • Since installation of the SPG’s: Temperature at entrance to 4th pass remains below 640°C, SH3 does not clogg any more
  • The plant can achieve the desired continuous operating period
  • The SPG’s replace water canons
  • before installation of the SPG’s, additional manual explosion cleaning was applied twice a year
